Here is a skull and spine printed from MRI scan data. I used a free program called 3D Slicer to modify and convert DICOM data to a 3D file. I then brought converted file over to Zbrush for further cleaning and adjustments, lastly processed the model in cura to print. The file was prined on an FLSUN V400 Delta printer with PLA filament.
